Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review corporate and M&A agreements Advise clients on entity formation, capitalization, and governance matters Conduct due diligence and manage closings for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions Collaborate with partners on client strategy and deal execution Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania bar admission preferred 3-7 years of corporate, transactional, or M&A experience in a law firm setting Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Compensation $150,000 - $225,000 BASE salary, depending on firm size and experience Most firms offer annual bonuses, full benefits, and hybrid work flexibility.
