Provide solutions and model solutions based on client's needs, priorities, and industry leading practices.
Qualifications:
Experience with global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA with knowledge of master data elements in SAP, leading practices on the data migration and data governance approaches, and hands-on experiences working as a team member. Experience managing and implementing SAP MDG implementation with hands on experience establishing a governance/management framework for organizations.
Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP Data approaches and lead workshops with clients and other business process leads
Demonstrates understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec. Working knowledge of SAP data elements (both master and transactional), data structures, industry leading data migration tools, and approaches and understanding of integration amongst various modules
Ability to self-direct and mentor/manage consulting and client team members.
Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives.
At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
At least three (3) years' experience in proposal and business case development
Experience managing 5 to 10 resources

About the Role
Role Purpose
As the Head of Change Management, Project Harmonization, you will play a critical role in driving alignment, consistency, and adoption of strategic initiatives across RS Americas. You will lead the change management efforts for key transformation projects, ensuring that people, processes, and systems are harmonized to support business goals. This role is essential in fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute change management plans that support the successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance management.
Project Harmonization: Align and integrate multiple projects and workstreams to ensure consistency in approach, messaging, and execution across functions and regions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the change lifecycle.
Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
Communication & Training: Design and deliver clear, targeted communications and training programs that support employee understanding and adoption of changes.
Measurement & Feedback: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and gather feedback to continuously improve change initiatives and harmonization efforts.
Best Practices & Tools: Champion the use of change management methodologies, tools, and templates to build internal capability and consistency.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or project integration
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred
Proven experience leading change in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in global or multi-regional environments is a plus

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Business Risk and Controls Advisor, you will be responsible for planning and driving first line of defense control testing that evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of key and non-key controls to mitigate risk exposure to regulatory and operational requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying and following written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for control testing activities while partnering and collaborating with business owners to support control testing initiatives. What you'll do:
Advise the business on how to strengthen and run their control environment pertaining to oversight of procedures/process, accurate regulatory reporting and filing, document governance, Risk control self-assessments, procedure governance, control design, new product controls, Company and Staff Agency Third Party Governance, or quality governance.
Perform ongoing supervision and oversight of business controls which may include the coordination of testing, root cause analysis, control design, and examining key risk metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of established business controls.
Perform risk data analysis, report preparation and trend analysis, using business intelligence tools.
Partner with business owners to assist them in the identification of control failures and assesses the impact.
Maintain processes, procedures, and tools for handling exception alerts as they occur, including monitoring of resulting exception cases.
Provide control oversight to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Serve as a resource to team members.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree: OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 4 years' experience supporting risk-related, compliance-related, or business control design activities; OR 4 years of experience in a relevant quantitative field; OR Advanced degree or designation in a risk management or quantitative field, and 2 years of experience supporting risk-related, and/or compliance-related, or business control design activities; OR PhD in a risk management or quantitative field.
Knowledge of federal laws, rules, regulations, and applicable guidance to area supported for example: OCC Heightened Standards, BSA/AML, REG E, UDAAP/UDAP, TILA/REG Z, SCRA, FCRA, MLA.
