Prepare executive reports.
Lead and manage large teams effectively with clear communication.
Ensure minimal disruption to passenger flow and airline operations during construction.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for candidates with years of aviation or airport projects.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in and around active environments.
Strong knowledge of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and other alternative delivery methods.
Proficiency in or knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fundamental knowledge of aviation, airport operations, and airline management.
Excellent people management skills and ability to converse and communicate with all levels of staff, including executive-level discussions and presentations to all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM, or AIA.
Experience with large-scale terminal modernization programs.
Familiarity with airport operations and airline management.
Advanced skills in project controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.

What You'll Be Doing
