Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of Asset Management clients

The International Code Council (ICC) is a not for profit membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention. The ICC develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings and provides associated products and services in support of this mission. The ProgramManager is responsible for facilitating development of examinations and examination items (questions) according to ICC departmental processes and psychometric standards. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Examination Development Committees (EDCs):
Manage assigned EDCs consistently following uniform ICC departmental processes and psychometric standards.

Monitor/report the quality of output and services provided by EDCs to management.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Lead project delivery end-to-end: Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close water/stormwater projects while meeting scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Manage financial performance: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and project controls to achieve revenue, profitability/multiplier, and cash/AR objectives.

What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline).
Minimum of five years of experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (AL preferred; ability to obtain AL licensure if not currently held).
Demonstrated project management experience delivering water/stormwater/wastewater projects (municipal and/or industrial), including scope, schedule, and budget ownership.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders, including coordinating discipline leads, subconsultants, and client counterparts.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear project plans, status reporting, and proposal/client-facing materials.
