Minimum Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

The incumbent must possess 2-4 years of progressively responsible administrative, technical, or professional analytical experience in a higher education environment. Experience working on university-wide projects or capital projects is preferred.

Duties
Manage the clients expectations

Requirements

Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

The Project Manager-Maintenance Administrative reports to the Vice President of Maintenance and Capital Improvements and is responsible for general administrative support and coordination for the department, which includes tasks and direction given by the Director of Maintenance Operations.
