He has a strong background in legal and regulatory matters involving federal prudential safety and soundness and compliance banking laws and regulations, including supervisory, enforcement, licensing, and receivership matters. Jason has previously worked with the OCC in its Southern District Counsel’s Office and with the Regulatory Risk/Safety and Soundness Advisory Practice of KPMG US, LLP.

Jason specializes in all facets of safety and soundness, regulatory compliance, and technology service provider and third party oversight and risk management. Jason is well-versed in a wide-range of banking statutes and regulations, including the National Bank Act, Home Owners’ Loan Act, Federal Deposit Insurance Act, Federal Reserve Act, Bank Merger Act, Change in Bank Control Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Flood Disaster Protection Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and Bank Holding Company Act, to name a few.
