Colin M. Angle, a co-founder of iRobot, has served as chairman of the board since October 2008, as chief executive officer since June 1997, and prior to that, as our president since November 1992. He has served as a director since October 1992. As a co-founder and chief executive officer, Mr. Angle provides a critical contribution to the board of directors with his detailed knowledge of the Company, our employees, our client base, our prospects, the strategic marketplace and our competitors. Mr. Angle previously worked at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he participated in the design of the behavior controlled rovers that led to Sojourner exploring Mars in 1997. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from MIT.

Mark joined as the company's chief executive officer and as a director in April 2018. With extensive experience serving technology markets, Mark has a proven track record of advancing growth initiatives related to cloud, SaaS, mobile, big data, and IoT solutions. Prior to joining Nuance, Mark served as president and chief operating officer of NCR Corporation, where he oversaw sales, solutions management, business and product development, services and supply chain operations. Before that, he spent more than 20 years holding various leadership appointments at ADP, including president of global enterprise solutions, where he led a team of 20,000 employees, and managed a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio across more than 100 countries. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.

Luc Seraphin is president and chief executive officer and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2018. Prior to this role, Luc was the senior vice president and general manager of the Memory and Interface Division, leading the development of the company’s innovative memory architectures and high-speed serial link solutions. Luc also served as the senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations where he oversaw sales, business development, customer support and operations across the various business units within Rambus. Luc started his career as a field application engineer at NEC and later joined AT&T Bell Labs, which became Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems (now Avago Technologies). During his 18 years at Avago, Luc held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management, culminating in his last position as executive vice president and general manager of the Wireless Business Unit. Following this, Luc held the position of general manager of a GPS startup company in Switzerland and was vice president of Worldwide Sales and Support at Sequans Communications. During his career, Luc has advised and supported companies in both the product and IP markets. Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure de Chimie, Physique, Electronique, based in Lyon, France where he majored in Computer Architecture. Luc also holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and has completed the senior executive program of Columbia University.

A seasoned networking and software industry executive with a track record of building large businesses, Jesper is the leader of Infoblox, responsible for the company’s continuing growth and innovation. Prior to joining Infoblox in December 2014, he served in a number of roles at Cisco Systems, including senior vice president for network management. Previously, he held senior management positions at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Pivotal Software and Computer Resources International.
