Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to join a National Park Service (NPS) project to support corridor repairs between Linville Falls (MP 316) and Mount Mitchell (MP 355) following Hurricane Helene. Parkway damage includes slides, pavement loss, guardrail and drainage failures, and widespread hazard trees and debris. Work covers multiple sites along the mainline and Linville River Spur. Scope includes reinforced soil slope repairs, deep patch work, culvert repair, steel-backed timber guardrail repair, ditch and drainage reconditioning, debris and hazard-tree removal, pavement reconstruction and patching, and related restoration tasks.
This role is contingent upon award of project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction.
Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications.
Arrange, attend and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site.
Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor.
Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
Draft project related correspondence for NPS to review and issuance.
Understand and document inspections with pictures and reports during and post construction as well as mock-up inspections.
Monitor Construction Contractor compliance with Accident Prevention Plans (APP), Asbestos hazard Abatement Plan (AHAP), and applicable safety requirements.
Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards.
Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, design work, etc. to CO.
Review, analyze, and assist in preparing cost estimates.
Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution, draft response, tracking, and follow up.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum four (4) year Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or other related field

Summary Description:
The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest , is seeking a PatientServiceRepresentative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest .
LifeVest is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), providing protection during their changing condition. It is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their common activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA.
This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income. A typical LifeVest patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the PatientServiceRepresentative sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the use and care of the device. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time - before/after work, and on days off.
Responsibilities:
Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
Willingness to accept assignments which could include daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
Travel to patient's homes and health care facilities to provide services
Train the patient and other caregivers of patient (if applicable) in the use of LifeVest
Program LifeVest according to the prescribing physician's orders
Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
Review with patient, and have patient sign, all necessary paperwork applicable to the service.
Transmit signed copy of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment
Manage device and garment inventory
Disclose family relationship with any potential referral source
Qualifications:
Have 1 year patient care experience
Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
Patient experience must be documented on resume
Completion of background check
Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL

Verify eligibility for a 6 month checkup (recall) prior to scheduling that type of appointment.
Be knowledgeable of the sliding fee schedule and acceptable proof of income.
Accurately inform callers without insurance or with limited Medicaid information on the slide and what is required for acceptable proof of income.
Be able to estimate dental fees for copay and treatment.
Repeating the phrase "this is only an estimate and may change based upon proof of income that is provide" is required during call.
Schedule the dental appointment with the dentist of record.
Repeat appointment date, time and location to caller 100% of the time.
Inform parent or legal guardian that they must be present at the first appointment or if annual registration is due.
Inform caller they will need to bring a list of their medications.
Place a note in the note box of the appointment regarding slide and insurance information.
Other duties as assigned.

Patient Administrator Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

is preferred.
Special Requirements: Knowledge of applicable State Code of Regulations and

We are looking for a Centralized Scheduler that will be the liaison between the clinic staff and our current and potential patients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional patient experience by ensuring that patients are scheduled properly and in a timely fashion
Prepare, maintain and monitor schedule for multiple providers
Fill cancelled/rescheduled appointments assuring schedule is full
Understand dental procedures and dental terminology for proper scheduling and treatment coordinating
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Coordinate daily schedule with patient treatment needs and available treatment times
Answer incoming calls to include: new patient calls, emergencies, requesting records, and follow up
Work closely with clinical staff and other front office staff to assure smooth flow of patient care
Provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.
Determine type of service caller is seeking.
Verify dental insurance information
Understand insurance benefits to effectively educate patients on their dental benefits and communicate with Practice Manager.
Collect full and complete insurance information from caller utilizing the form provided by the dental billing manager.
Route all private insurance information to the dental billing specilist for verification indicating the date of the appointment.
Verify address, phone number, and potential need for updating annual registration paperwork, and schedule the paperwork appointment as needed.
Coordinate and schedule an interpreter if needed with follow-up notification to all appropriate staff.
Verify eligibility for a 6 month checkup (recall) prior to scheduling that type of appointment.
Be knowledgeable of the sliding fee schedule and acceptable proof of income.
Accurately inform callers without insurance or with limited Medicaid information on the slide and what is required for acceptable proof of income.
Be able to estimate dental fees for copay and treatment.
Repeating the phrase "this is only an estimate and may change based upon proof of income that is provide" is required during call.
Schedule the dental appointment with the dentist of record.
Repeat appointment date, time and location to caller 100% of the time.
Inform parent or legal guardian that they must be present at the first appointment or if annual registration is due.
Inform caller they will need to bring a list of their medications.
Place a note in the note box of the appointment regarding slide and insurance information.
Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
Must have computer skills; be proficient with Microsoft office software. Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software desired.
Is team oriented and values diversity.
Dental experience preferred.
Has a commitment to personal excellence and customer service.

Summary Description:
The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest , is seeking a PatientServiceRepresentative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest .
LifeVest is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), providing protection during their changing condition. It is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their common activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA.
This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income. A typical LifeVest patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the PatientServiceRepresentative sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the use and care of the device. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time - before/after work, and on days off.
Responsibilities:
Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
Willingness to accept assignments which could include daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
Travel to patient's homes and health care facilities to provide services
Train the patient and other caregivers of patient (if applicable) in the use of LifeVest
Program LifeVest according to the prescribing physician's orders
Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
Review with patient, and have patient sign, all necessary paperwork applicable to the service.
Transmit signed copy of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment
Manage device and garment inventory
Disclose family relationship with any potential referral source
Qualifications:
Have 1 year patient care experience
Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
Patient experience must be documented on resume
Completion of background check
Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
Valid driver's license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
