Key Responsibilities Develop Product Strategy: Identify target markets, define product vision, and set goals and objectives for the product. Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning. Create Product Roadmaps: Develop a plan for the product's development and release, and communicate this plan to stakeholders. Create User Stories: Create user stories that describe the desired functionality and behavior of the product from the perspective of the customer based on the market research. Establish Performance Metrics: Create performance metrics to measure the success of the product, including key performance indicators such as market share, and revenue.
