Compensation Overview:

As the Senior Manager, Digital Product at TUSHY, you will serve as ProductManager of TUSHY's direct-to-consumer website (hellotushy.com) and play a leading role in developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy. This includes leading day-to-day operations and maintenance for our digital storefront, while also supporting broader strategic initiatives like new campaigns and product launches. The expectation is that you will use data and insights to drive continuous improvement of our current website, and also lead our company cross-functionally through a redesign of TUSHY's website and new app launch in 2026. Own day-to-day operations, merchandising, and maintenance of our digital storefront, ensuring reliable functionality, stability, and best-in-class user experience

Develop and present reporting frameworks for website performance, using data and key insights to inform strategic decisions and optimizations

10+ years of relevant experience in ProductMarketing & Development within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care; haircare and/or professional brand experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience mentoring and managing high-performing productmarketers; able to inspire, challenge, and elevate seasoned talent.
3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
Experience in professional services channels (salon, stylist, or education) is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven expertise in global innovation, claims development, and product storytelling rooted in consumer and market insights.
Ability to synthesize data, insights, and creative vision into a compelling strategy-and confidently guide a cross-functional team toward execution.
Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise direction, delegate effectively, and balance execution with developing talent to deliver high-quality products.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
