Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists trainer with all administrative tasks (i.e. payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices), as well as hiring, including interviews and orientations.
Assists with inventory, and participates in a store reset and a grand opening if possible.
Takes initiative to create excellent store conditions and improve store associate performance and stock efficiency.
Works closely with members of assigned team to develop subject matter knowledge.
Attends company/department/team trainings and meetings as appropriate.
Maintains a high level of professionalism by demonstrating excellent attendance, adhering to company guidelines, meeting objectives thoroughly and on time, etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Enforce safety measures in all riding activities.
• Teach western riding skills, feeding, watering, and grooming of horses to campers.
• Teach horsemanship and stable management to campers
• Participate in all-camp activities and unit operations at the request of the Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director
• Prepare lesson plans for daily instruction of campers of varying age and ability.
• Help supervise campers in the dining hall

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job Summary
As the Auditorium Technical Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our standards of presentation both on and off the event space and the rest of the building are top notch, ensuring that technical equipment is maintained and kept clean and that all stock levels are to a suitable standard. You will work closely with the Auditorium Technical Director and the athletic teams in Illinois State University to ensure their technical needs are met economically and efficiently, ensuring these comply with the NCAA regulations. You will assist in maintenance and keeping high standards throughout the Illinois State University Sports Complex. You will represent the venues on load-ins, events, strikes and assist in leading the technical casual crew.

Requirements
Write and maintain outcome based curriculum that delivers the Girl Scout message via the pathway of schools and community partners.
Facilitate programs primarily in schools in Vermillion county during the school day based on community assessments and the needs and interests of the girls
Develop community collaborations.
Ensure program development and implementation as designated by the council, GSUSA, or service unit.
Use tools to determine outcome measured results.
Ensure the interests, values, and needs of girls of all diverse racial, ethnic, cultural and disabled are reflected through various programming opportunities based on evaluations.
Develop and maintain ongoing contact with religious and educational institutions, cultural and racial/ethnic groups, service and professional organizations to enhance visibility, fund development, membership projects, and program options.
Participate in budget preparation, maintaining proper records and reports in a timely manner.
Implement any data reports necessary to carry out the position. Maintain all Girl program records and paperwork.
Responsible for all series program opportunities and working with volunteers to manage these opportunities.
