HTS SME shall have expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations. HTS SME shall have expert knowledge in the application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting. HTS SME shall have advance understanding of HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation/development strategies, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation.
