We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Field Project Manager with deep expertise in the design, build-out and commissioning of hyperscale data center white space electrical systems. This role is responsible for translating design intent and client requirements into safe, reliable, and high-quality field execution. You will be onsite daily, leading subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and owning the successful delivery of electrical power distribution systems from upstream critical equipment to IT loads.

Must have demonstrated expertise in data center electrical topology and a strong understanding of electrical principles related to data centers, with proven experience designing and overseeing installation of hyperscale data center white space electrical power distribution systems (distributed redundant, catcher, block redundant)
Possess the experience and knowledge to appropriately size breakers and feeder cables, as well as understand ampacity and required wire size
Must have practical knowledge and hands-on experience performing the following tasks: commissioning electrical systems, creating power system failure scenarios, creating load bank plans (level 4, and level 5 Cx), performing required electrical calculations, and creating failover matrix
Proven ability to:

Develop BOMs and estimates for white space electrical systems (e.g., Whips, RPPs, Connector Types, Busway)

Preferred Qualifications
Basic conceptual MEP knowledge of white space fit-outs (telecom/LVC, space planning, containment, conveyance, liquid cooling) preferred, with electrical as the core discipline required.
Experience as a licensed electrician would be a plus
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
Demonstrated value engineering experience-delivering cost savings without compromising reliability or quality.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead construction efforts on a large-scale high-profile wastewater treatment plant project in Frisco, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in concrete and formwork for complex treatment plant structures.
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years verifiable work experience as a superintendent. Must be capable of managing a $25 million dollar Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. Must understand schedules and be able to complete projects on time and on budget by tracking variances and cost projections. Superintendents must have a proven track record supervising and coordinating all personnel including subcontractors and materials to prevent delays. Candidate selected must be highly motivated. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.
Essential Responsibilities:
Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and all subcontractors on construction projects. Acts as an adviser to the owner, design team, and all tradesmen associated with the project.
Determines work priorities, and coordinates work activities with all necessary parties to ensure that the project remains efficient and on schedule.
Oversees the terms and conditions of construction contracts.
Apportions work among employees and subcontractors according to project needs and coordinates work so that it maintains a smooth flow among the various trades.
Introduces new trades to the projects as the project requires them and collaborates with management of the various trades to ensure the work is carried out in a manner consistent with the project plans and specifications.
Provides a safe work environment through creating a culture of safety for the project and holding each individual on the project accountable for safe behavior. Regularly holds safety meetings and makes sure that the company's safety policies are being enforced.
Works as a liaison to the owner and coordinates plans and construction activities with the owner.
Sources material suppliers for consumables required to construct the project and estimates materials required for specific jobs. Orders materials and coordinates deliveries of materials to coincide with construction progress. Ensures that the materials for construction are on the project site as they are required and are stored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Coordinates materials staging are as between the various trades and monitors material deliveries.
Maintains inventory and control over the projects tools, materials, equipment, and security.
Writes and maintains a project's daily record in detail through daily reports. Communicates those reports to the office on a daily basis.
Holds, at minimum, weekly coordination meetings between all subcontractors who are currently on site and any that will be on site in the near future. Coordinates work flows, safety, environmental concerns, manpower requirements, materials requirements and overall schedule through these meetings.
Is responsible for the overall project schedule. Writes and maintains short term interval schedules for the use and review of all trades on the project. Included are all phases of work that are current and applicable. Maintains overall project schedule through implementation of the short term interval schedule.
Is responsible for quality control on the project: holds all works accountable for adherence to the project plans and specifications. Holds pre-installations meetings to review installation procedures for all major materials used and has a thorough understanding of the project specifications and industry standards for installation of all materials to be used. Pre-installation meetings include manufacturers representatives, required design team members, affect ed subcontractors, and if necessary the owners representative. Assures that the work adheres to the project plans, specifications, codes, and other governmental agencies requirements. Coordinates inspections and insures that testing is being performed per the contract documents.
Maintains project budget through management of all labor associated with the project. Tracks and monitors the labor force for productivity .
Manages company and rental equipment for maximum productivity and minimum cost.
Keeps accurate record of time for employees, accurately codes the time to the tasks completed and reports time to the office in a timely manner.
Coordinates and facilitates the closeout of the project. Is responsible to assure that all punch list items are completed in a timely manner and that the own er is satisfied with both the quality and timeliness of the project as it is completed.
Maintains a good relationship with the project manager and works as a team to complete the project.
Act as a mentor for subordinates and regularly reviews their performance and makes recommendations for improvements and wage adjustments.

The project will break ground in January 2026 and represents NAPSW's continued commitment to developing high-quality residential communities. We are a hands-on, collaborative team that values communication, accountability, and respect for every team member's input. This position offers the opportunity to lead field operations on a significant new development while shaping the future of our regional construction team.
Position Overview:
The Lead Project Superintendent will serve as the on-site authority for all construction activities. Working from the field office, this role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, schedule management, subcontractor oversight, safety enforcement, and quality control. The Superintendent will also play an integral role in helping to build a field team and ensuring all construction activities align with company standards and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all daily onsite construction operations from groundbreaking through project closeout.
Oversee, coordinate, and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel thru various/multiple phases of construction on the jobsite.

Monitor, enforce and maintain job safety for the project and establish jobsite safety program. Ensure all subcontractors, vendors, field personnel are using required safety equipment and continually monitoring the job site to ensure safety requirements are met.
Oversee completion of all punch lists and correction of all punch list related conditions.
Assist in hiring and provide oversight of assistant superintendents and field staff.
Maintain good relationships with Ownership, City staff, Allen Fire, inspectors, and neighbors through professional communication coupled with implementation of well-planned, thoughtful construction logistics and sequencing plan. Communicate all construction phasing and milestones with City building officials and Allen Fire.
Communicate effectively with the Ownership, upper management, and project management team regarding site progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a superintendent on multifamily wood-frame projects (Type V construction required).
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage complex project schedules and multiple subcontractor trades.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for effective field communication, but not required
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Knowledge of current building codes, inspection processes, and safety regulations.
OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to represent NAPSW with professionalism and integrity in all field interactions.
