Assist with incident investigation Analyze accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Assist with the Close-out of non-conformities and other audit findings. Maintain Safety Department records Keep accurate and organized records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents. Monitor and track safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Support onboarding and orientation for new office personnel on SMS and Keystone Quality System Promote safety culture: Collaborate with management and employees to foster a strong safety culture and provide guidance on safety-related matters. Ensure regulatory compliance: Stay up-to-date on safety regulations and ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.
