In our Inland Empire division, we are looking to expand our footprint by adding to our team a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultant. In this position, you will be meeting with HOA management professionals and board members to discuss various exterior focused construction projects. Construction experience is a plus but what matters even more is an authentic, people-orientated personality. The general territory includes Riverside County.
Each week, you will be meeting clients for coffees or lunches and organizing presentations to small groups in order to qualify construction leads. Once you receive this request for proposal, you will see the project through the course of its sales cycle and prove to the client that EmpireWorks is truly the best option for their project.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to play a key role in expanding our company's market presence and driving growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans. Your efforts will be essential in growing our footprint in the security solutions market and achieving our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Opportunities: Research and analyze potential markets and clients to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored security solutions.
Strategic Plan Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that support growth objectives.
Market Expansion: Help expand Nationwide's market presence for security solutions by identifying and pursuing new sectors or verticals.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate the value of our security offerings.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new technology in the security sector to keep our offerings competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and identify new business avenues.
Experience in the security industry or technology sales is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
