The CAE Senior Analyst (Safety) will perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to solve Crash Structural Safety problems to aid engineering team in the upfront design of automotive, aerospace, entertainment, and industrial segments. This individual will build FEA models and conduct Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis supported by sound engineering explanation and hand calculations. Responsibilities: Build Safety models for various applications in the automotive, aerospace, and entertainment industries using commercial CAE tools such as LS-Dyna, Radioss, Abaqus Explicit. Expected Time Commitments and Potential Compensation The Data Analytics SME will work directly with a Cleary instructional designer throughout the term of the contract project, including the following time commitments and potential compensation: * Participate in a weekly meeting with an instructional designer to discuss program and course development progress (ranging from 6 to 8 weeks per course, with each meeting of 30 to 60 minutes duration). * Research, develop, or revise course materials (ranging from 3 to 5 hours each week). * Participate in consultation with leadership and faculty (ranging 1 to 2 hours total). * Potential Compensation (depends on the SME contract specifics) * Design and develop content for a course is $800 per course Qualifications and Required Skills * An earned master's degree from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited institution in data analytics, statistics, or a closely-related discipline. * A minimum of five years of current and relevant professional experience in data analytics. * A minimum of one year teaching experience teaching undergraduate data analytics courses at the university/college level. * Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, AI models, and other software programs for communicating, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. * Ability to embrace The Cleary Mind as the University's approach to building each student's professional skills required by the workforce and job market. * Ability to apply professional experiences to inform and inspire students about workforce projects, situations, and challenges.
