Responsibilities
1. Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goal through drive management activities such as: on-site recruitment at blood drives, giving presentations to sponsoring organizations, managing on-line appointment schedules including data entry of appointments, working sign-up tables or assisting in recruitment meeting preparations.
2. Provide oversight and record keeping in both Hemasphere and online scheduling system (OLS) to ensure blood drives are properly managed and to provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance.
3. Provide sufficient organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators to ensure achievement of collection operation and annual goals.
4. Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contact, recruitment committees, line volunteers and volunteer tele recruiters within assigned groups to assist in meeting collection objectives and to comply with all relevant regulations, procedures and directives.

Tracks, measures, and manages sourcing channels for assigned requisition load to provide workforce planning data to assigned organization(s) and VP, HR
Ensures compliance and reporting for all federal and state specific hiring practices.
Recommends process improvement opportunities based on experiences with assigned internal business units. (e.g., what works and what does not work)
Communicates with interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview process and partners with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality.
Provide training and coaching to hiring managers about the comprehensive recruiting process-helping to instill a culture of hiring.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Hybrid - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations.
Travel (including occasional overnight travel) will be required based on business demands.
Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds to transport any supplies or equipment needed for external career networking events.
This position will require extended periods in an office environment viewing a computer screen.
Other environmental concerns include a manufacturing space containing slip, pinch, pull, fall, and noise considerations.

Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing activities for Package, VLH, and Mechanical (Mech) parts
* Manage supplier relationships and support ongoing commodity/materials sourcing initiatives
* Support USFC local buy activities, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs
* Serve as the primary communication and coordination focal point between Sourcing, Mechanical teams, and RDC operations
* Provide on-site support at USFC manufacturing and RDC offices as required
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material availability and supplier performance
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain-related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in commodity sourcing, materials management, or mechanical parts sourcing
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations
* Positive, proactive working attitude with a collaborative mindset
* Strong communication skills
* Chinese language skills preferred but not required
