The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down events at the Club. Banquet staff receive an Event Order and translate the instructions from the host and the Events Director into a full-scale event. Banquet bartenders are responsible for assembling, managing, and serving alcohol inventory, documenting consumption through the event. Banquet bartenders also double as servers for events that require less alcohol service. The houseman team sets the furniture in the room, while the banquet staff set tables, arrange décor, set buffets, and drink stations.
