Food Service Crew Member Responsibilities: Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service. Set up and break down meals and events. Suggest specific drinks, appetizers, specials, entrées, desserts, and after-dinner drinks to increase the average check value and ensure guest satisfaction. Place all orders correctly, as ordered. Enter food and beverage orders into the Point-of-Sale system accurately, before delivering to the guest. Prepare all beverages at the bar according to specifications in a prompt manner for both guests and servers. Coordinate the timing of all courses for the meal, ensuring appropriate time between courses. Minnehaha Country Club is Sioux Falls' premier country club, operates year-round and serves membership of approximately 740 families. The Club features an immaculate championship 18-hole golf course and several of the finest restaurants in the region, as well as swimming, tennis, and fitness amenities. Our Windows Server Assistant will report to the Windows Manager and assist the windows service staff with executing food & beverage service for Minnehaha's members. Compensation and Benefits Windows Server Assistants have a starting salary of $15.00 hourly.
