What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
