* Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers, etc
* Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge as well as other relevant information during customer interactions
Team & Development
* Retain and share your knowledge and skills with the Store team
* Collaboration, planning & teamwork with in-store Visual Merchandiser team
* Give & receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop & support each other
* Regular communication to store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire - daily, weekly meetings, etc
* Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed
Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution
* Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
* Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care
* Secure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to Area team
* Ensure the full garment cycle - from delivery to garment presentation - and fitting room routines are according to our standards and routines set internally, utilizing all tools and technology provided
* Upkeep & follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech services/tools, etc (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc)
* Secure a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor/store following guidelines according to global and local strategies & sales market/regional requirements to ensure a strong and consistent price perception throughout store
* Updating & upkeep of BOH Areas for all colleagues (key information, health & safety, tidiness etc)
* Responsible for opening & closing of store daily

Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance issues to ensure smooth operations
Maintain daily food safety compliance and uphold operational standards
Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other leadership as necessary
Deliver exceptional guest service and support team members by actively working in front-of-house operations

Ensure all food orders, specialty drinks and desserts follow company recipes, brand standards, and are accurately recorded in the POS system
Organize for shift readiness by positioning team members to meet sales demands while managing waste and prep systems to control costs
Utilize equipment, small wares, and products as intended, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctioning or unsafe equipment immediately
Enforce the proper use of safety equipment by all employees to maintain a secure work environment
Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with financial guidelines

ATI is currently hiring a Production Supervisor in our Fabrication Department at our manufacturing plant in Millersburg, Oregon. This is a swing shift position, typically working 3 PM to 11 PM. The Production Supervisor is a thought leader, a facilitator, and is instrumental with ensuring optimal throughput and production efficiencies by developing effective processes and equipment utilization strategies that meet production goals and objectives. Leading these processes and strategies ensure that we are achieving conformance and producing quality product that meets our customer requirements and ATI goals and objectives.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 20 direct reports with diverse personalities. You will be a bridge between day shift and graveyard and will leverage your communication skills to ensure information is passed on accurately to the next shift so there isn't a lag in production. The Production Supervisor is responsible for training, coaching, motivating, and leading the production workforce to ensure safe and efficient operation of the production areas.
In order to become successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly learn ATI, the Fabrication Department, processes, products and customers; and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including a unionized workforce, engineering, quality, and safety.
