Conduct quality checks (QA) to confirm consistency in course design, instructional flow, and learning outcomes.
Support continuous improvement through course updates and redesign based on feedback and evaluation results.
Integrate digital tools, simulations, and learning technologies that improve instructional delivery and student engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI tools, instructional design trends, and educational technologies, applying them appropriately to course design and development.
Recommend budget options for the adoption of new distance learning technologies.
Collaborate on automation processes that improve the instructional design workflow and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with SMEs, Curriculum Specialists, and faculty to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of course content.
Participate in institutional committees, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Provide technical and instructional support during course development and maintenance cycles.
Prepare documentation, reports, and other deliverables related to distance learning initiatives.
Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools ethically and responsibly to improve efficiency and quality, in accordance with institutional policies.
Maintain all necessary equipment, software, and licenses required to perform contracted services at the contractor's own expense.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about current instructional design best practices, pedagogical innovations, and higher education trends.

Job Overview
Available nationwide, the on-site Store Management Internship Program will give you exposure to all facets of leading a store including customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, colleague development, human resources, and asset protection. This 8-week paid internship is offered in major market stores and runs from June 8 through August 1, 2026.
The inner workings of a multi-million-dollar retail department store are both complex and dynamic. As a key player on a store leadership team, you'll learn the challenges and collaborate on the solutions. Night Replenishment Managers (NRM) are members of the store leadership team and oversees freight handling activities. NRMs supervise the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store. This position will be expected to teach, coach, and train associates on The Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates are working in a safe manner all the time. At times, NRMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs will provide input to Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on Associates performance through the ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they will participate in the selection process as needed.
