The Mitigation Project Manager (PM) oversees all Water, Mold, and Fire Mitigation and Emergency Services projects from initial response through completion. This role combines leadership, project management, and field expertise to ensure timely, high-quality service for customers in need of restoration. The PM is responsible for estimating, technician supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company profitability. This position includes on-call responsibilities and requires both office and field work. In addition, the PM may support local sales and marketing efforts to strengthen Jenkins Restorations' presence in the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Respond promptly to all Mitigation and Emergency Service calls. * Hire, train, and supervise Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians. * Coordinate responses to new jobs and ensure timely mobilization of crews. * Conduct initial inspections and scope new projects for estimating purposes. * Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, or other estimating platforms. * Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards. * Track and monitor job milestones and control points via internal systems and external platforms. * Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, property owners, and other key stakeholders. * Negotiate estimates and project details with adjusters, TPAs, and reviewers as applicable. * Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and collections to maintain profitability. * Manage sub-contractors, approve invoices, and develop new vendor relationships when needed. * Conduct sales and marketing outreach to generate new business and maintain strong community relationships. Position Overview: The Sheet Metal Project Manager is fully responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned projects to ensure the goals and objectives are accomplished within scope, schedule, and budget parameters. Essential Job Functions: * Attend and actively participate in pre-bids, onsite project meetings, and other meetings if requested. * Review all project information to understand the scope of work within 48 hours of sale. * Lead Pre-Construction meetings with a clear agenda to coordinate project specific requirements. * Oversee submittal of all required documents by their required deadlines. * Maintain required logs for tracking documentation and status. * Create a Job Foreman 'Packet' prior to the Pre-Construction meeting. * Create and implement Job 'Game Plan' and project schedule at least 1 week prior to start in coordination with Superintendent. * Prepare a Material Order and Pick List and confirm quotes from supplier. * Coordinate with Operators to build a Site Staging Plan and Material Delivery Schedule within 48 hours of material quote confirmation. * Prepare the Schedule of Values to comply with project goals by the required date. * Complete Safety Plan and Hazard Assessment prior to start date with assistance from the Safety Team. * Coordinate with Construction Managers to prepare a Sub-Contract Agreement prior to start date. * Ensure Permits, Certificate of Insurance and Bonds are ready prior to project start date. * Approve the procurement of materials as needed to prevent project delays. * Generate change orders and submit RFIs within 48 hours of notice. * Track specific daily project information and report any deficiencies on a weekly basis.
