Position Summary

Develop, issue and control Fleet Campaign Directives (FCD) in coordination with Maintenance Programs, and the Heads of Maintenance, Airworthiness and Technical Services.
Obtain regulatory approval when required for modifications/repairs performed on aircraft, powerplants and components in coordination with Head, Tanker Technical Services and the Head of Airworthiness.

MAJOR FUNCTION:
TechnicalSupport Specialist performs tasks in the after sales service of products based on verbal and written instructions such as but not limited to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs), Work Orders (WO's).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Must possess basic mathematical and measurement skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and an understanding of fractions and decimals).
