Essential Duties:
* Lead and oversee the technical support function for field operations, ensuring timely and accurate troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of equipment and system issues across service lines.

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities
Provides installation, testing and maintenance of network cabling and infrastructure
Provides installation and maintenance of Access Control System wiring and locking mechanisms
Provides support for all facilities in the Midland / Odessa area
Assist with deployment of on-premises cabling infrastructure as needed and install hardware such as conference room setups, switches, Ethernet cabling, cameras and Access points
Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose communications issues related to cabling and or infrastructure components or locking mechanisms.
Creates and maintains appropriate documentation of cabling infrastructure.
Supports efforts with the facilities maintenance team as time and availability permits
Escalates complex issues to subject matter experts as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as assigned

3+ years of experience with network and security system cabling installation and maintenance.
3+ years of experience with hardware installation and setup for things such as security cameras, access points, switches, deploying security and access control systems components and cabling etc.
Physical ability to Work on a ladder, operate scissor and or boom lifts, move equipment, crawl under desks, change Ethernet cables at the switch and wall port, etc. (Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.).
Flexibility to work on call, if necessary.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and growing atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications
Hold a security systems installer license and insurability
Experience with Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and equipment
Experience with mac OS, iOS, and Android devices
