RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Process a minimum of 175 phone calls daily.
Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of Bank products and compliance issues.
Assist customers with questions regarding Bank products.

Assist customers with questions regarding their various accounts.

Operate scientific equipment and provide faculty and students with assistance in interpreting results.

Prepare solutions, chemicals, and materials for instructional laboratory activities.
Provide technical assistance and support to students and faculty on individual experiments/projects.

Key Responsibilities

**Job Requirements and Experiences:**
