Position Summary: The Application Support Specialist, Revenue Cycle supports, configures, and optimizes healthcare applications supporting our revenue cycle operations, including athena One and Aptarro (RCxRules). This role partners with operational, clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure practice and central billing office workflows are accurately configured, maintained, and continuously improved.
By managing systems and workflows across the revenue cycle-from patient registration through final payment posting, the Specialist reduces errors, accelerates payment timelines, and improves overall financial performance. This position also plays a key role in end‑user training, system adoption, and ongoing application support.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Provide application support for athena One and integrated revenue cycle systems.
Deliver on‑site and remote training for providers and staff, including new‑hire, refresher, and workflow‑specific training.
Support end users during go‑live events and post‑implementation stabilization.
Create and update training materials, policies, workflows, and standard work documentation.
Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to vendors and/or internal teams as appropriate.
Evaluate clerical and clinical workflows to ensure accurate system design.
Review workflows, data collection, reporting logic, and system behavior.
Complete ad‑hoc and routine scheduled updates to provider, location, fee schedules, and other system master files.
Create and maintain documentation for training, policies, procedures, workflows, and internal communications.
Administer application access, identity, and security, including insurance website access.
Create, test, and maintain charge pass rules supporting automated charge capture.
Troubleshoot rule behavior and system output to identify root causes and resolution paths.
Collaborate with vendor resources to resolve complex configuration and performance issues.
Anticipate issues, identify trends, and present solutions to operational leadership.
Support application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Participate in team meetings, cross‑functional initiatives, and knowledge‑sharing efforts.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and strong customer service orientation.
Promote a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Skills/qualifications:
Understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle, including insurance verification, charge capture, claims processing, posting, denials, and patient billing
Experience with athena One, or other EHRs and application master files
Hands‑on experience training, support, and collaboration with end‑users to improve workflows
Knowledge of payer portals, insurance website administration, and handling patient billing inquiries
Exposure to Aptarro (RCxRules) or other charge passing rule engine (rule creation & troubleshooting)
Effectively prioritizes work with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Proficient in Microsoft 365, collaborative tools, and everyday workplace technology

Position Overview
The role of the Metrology, QC & Production SupportTechnician is to perform inspections, check incoming materials, in-house manufactured parts, externally produced parts, and components.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Perform quality inspections (dimensional and visual) by using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, fixtures, and gauges.
Initiate rework or rejection of the part if required.
Accurately document the results of the inspections.

HVAC Technical Service Representative - Controls Focused

Mestek, Inc, a leading HVAC equipment manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Service Representative to provide technicalsupport for our HVAC products, including troubleshooting, application assistance, and system optimization. This role is primarily focused on providing post-sales support via phone, email, and remote diagnostics, helping customers, contractors, and field technicians resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
As a key member of the technicalsupport team, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting product issues, answering technical questions, and guiding customers through HVAC system configurations, installations, and control operation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC products, a strong understanding of system operations, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide phone-based and email support to customers, field technicians, and contractors on troubleshooting HVAC system issues, focusing on electrical, and controls-related problems.
* Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of Mestek control systems and related HVAC products.
* Verify control system functionality through hands-on testing and analysis to ensure reliable operation.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to create and update technical manuals, installation guides, and product documentation.
* Occasionally provide training to customers or field technicians to improve their understanding of product functionality and best practices.
* Record and document support cases in the ticketing system, ensuring a complete log of the issue and resolution for future reference.
* Perform other similar or related duties as required or requested
Position Requirements
* Associate's degree or technical school certification in HVAC or a related field.
* Strong understanding of HVAC system operation, components, and real-world applications.
* Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, and N2.
* Hands-on experience with control systems, including relay logic and analog signals (0-10V, 4-20mA).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable working directly with customers to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of analyzing technical problems with clear communication.
* Willing and able to travel domestically on an as-needed basis.

About Aviation Electronics, Electrical, and Computer Systems Technicians (AV) work with some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world. They repair and maintain electrical and electronic systems ranging from radar and communications to navigation and weapon systems. AV Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen, performing in-flight duties and operating radar and weapon systems.
Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:
Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems, including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, and laser electronics.
Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.
Install modifications to aircraft electronics systems.
Operate diagnostic equipment and read electrical diagrams.
Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.
Training & Advancement
Class A Technical School Pensacola, FL (1826 weeks) Covers aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics theory, and technical skills. After training, Sailors are assigned to AE or AT
ratings and may serve at naval air stations, squadrons, or aboard carriers. Advanced training is available for specific aircraft and systems.
