We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in the Carlsbad, TX area, supporting operations across the Permian Basin. We are open to multiple levels (I, II, and III) based on experience and skill level. This is a 14x14 rotational position, where you'll work two weeks on and two weeks off, supporting field operations at various sites throughout the region. During your rotation, travel and lodging are provided. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on natural gas compression equipment. You will collaborate with manufacturing and field service teams to ensure equipment reliability, optimize performance, and address mechanical and electrical issues during installations, maintenance cycles, and repairs.
