Selena was appointed to chief financial officer in 2020. Before this role, Selena served as US Assure's senior vice president of Finance / Controller since 1998. She oversees the company’s accounting, budgeting and financial reporting processes. Selena is also responsible for premium collection and commission payment. In 2013, she led efforts to build and implement our billing and commission payment solution.

Prior to joining US Assure, she was an auditor with Arthur Anderson LLP and held various accounting/finance management positions in other closely held businesses. Selena is a graduate of Florida State University (FSU) and a Certified Public Accountant.

Selena is recognized in United Way of Northeast Florida’s leadership giving circle and supports many other charities, such as The Kidz1stFund, Warrick Dunn Foundation, USO, Wounded Warrior and The Freedom Alliance.
