Prior to that, he was an operations manager for Chevron. Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Some nice co-workers, mostly get to work from home.

Unfortunately there is nothing that I like about the CEO or the leadership team.

In my experience, my compensation is about 15 percent lower than the industry average for someone with my years of experience.
