What makes a good shift manager?
A good shift manager has in-depth knowledge of the operations of the company that they work for as well as highly developed communication and leadership skills. These are necessary skills to fulfill the many job duties of a shift manager and successfully manage the staff that reports to them.
Shift managers are responsible for observing and monitoring the activities of employees, ordering supplies, and ensuring that equipment is in excellent shape.
