This question is about recruiter resumes.
A recruiter should put skills and accomplishments focused on their abilities at finding the right candidates for the position and company on a resume. As a recruiter, nobody needs to tell you that having a well-polished, well-written resume is essential for landing your dream job.
Despite reading through many resumes of qualified candidates eager to find positions within their given field, creating your stellar resume can still be difficult. You can take a few steps to help make this experience a bit less painful.
To begin, you're going to want to open with a strong profile summary. In one to four sentences, touch on your overall experience, core skills, and top accomplishment.
For example, "Results-driven recruiter with six years experience and the proven ability to find qualified candidates. At Company XYZ had a 98% retention rate for all placed candidates."
Next, you're going to want to elaborate on your specific experiences working as a dietitian. Here, you'll want to convey your experiences through your achievements using action verbs.
For example, "Awarded Recruiter Ring in less than three years, one of USAREC's most coveted awards."
If you're just starting your career as a recruiter, use the education and certification sections to discuss your academic achievements and relevant coursework.
Be sure to include a list of your top skills. We recommend using the job description as your guide when deciding on which skills to focus on. Include between five to ten bullets that include both hard and soft skills. Don't just list the skills, but try to provide examples of times you have demonstrated these skills.
