Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location including, but not limited to:

General Summary

Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
Assist with merchandise resets through the store.
Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
Operate forklift with proper training.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
The Shipping & Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is helpful to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
Apply core tags correctly and ensure carton labels are straight, legible, and accurate
Perform quality checks prior to packing, including:
Verifying item numbers
Confirming shipment quantities match orders
Inspecting product quality before packing
Ensure cartons are packed in a clean, neat, and professional manner
Verify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipment
Process shipping paperwork and required documentation
Utilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, and internal platforms) to generate labels and track shipments (experience a plus)
Verify receipts and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to completing transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking approximately 60% of the workday
Sitting approximately 30% of the workday
Repetitive lifting, bending, and movement
