WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY
As a Third Party Risk Associate, you will report to the Assistant Vice President, Risk Management and provide support to the organizational Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This position ensures that third-party risk is effectively managed to a level consistent with the organization's risk tolerance. You will be responsible for conducting vendor risk assessments, thoroughly reviewing due diligence documentation, and consistently monitoring vendor performance. This role demands an in-depth understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) principles and practices. #LI-Onsite
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Collaborate with the Assistant Vice President, Risk Management to ensure all current and potential third-party risks are accounted for in risk assessments.
Perform inherent risk assessments for new vendors and vendors with changes in the products/services they provide the credit union. Ensure inherent risk assessments for all vendors are current.
Coordinate the collection of due diligence documentation from vendors and vendor client portals with vendor management team. Review due diligence documentation to identify any potential risk and ensure adequate mitigation is in place. Follow-up with vendor management team to obtain any outstanding documentation and resolve any due diligence questions.
Conduct residual risk assessment meetings with vendor relationship managers and applicable stakeholders. Document rationale for ratings, especially those that do not reflect the direction of the due diligence documentation. Ensure contingency plans are documented for vendors with residual risk ratings of āWatchlistā or āAvoidā. Communicate annual due diligence summary to management.
Perform periodic vendor performance reviews for all critical, high, and moderate risk vendors. Document all vendor incidents (outages, SLA noncompliance, inadequate support, etc.) in vendor management system. Inform management when vendor performance rating may need to be altered.
Collaborate with the Assistant Vice President, Risk Management to ensure the inherent risk classifications are adequate for the size/complexity of the credit union.
Ensure all new contracts, contract renewals, and associated contract documents are uploaded to the appropriate vendor profile in the contract management system with all applicable notifications (term, price increases, etc.) and distribution lists.
Interact with credit union staff and management in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality in all areas.
Keep informed of credit union policies and procedures, current accounting and auditing developments, and changes to local, state, and federal laws, as applicable.
Participate and provide input in interdepartmental meetings on critical projects related to vendor selection/management.
Read all internal publications including HUB and Possibilities.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Job Description
Work as part of a team to complete the final assembly of kits. In this role, you will work 3, 1st Shift, 1 2nd Shift, 3, 5AM-3:30PM, Mon-Thur,1, 3PM-1:30AM, Tue-Fri.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations
Read and understand fulfillment orders
Collate, sort and batch printed materials and customer product
Work as part of a team on a conveyor belt or assembly line
Pull material and pack each day's orders in a timely manner
May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and or Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have at least one year related experience and/or training.
Physical Demands:
Stands up to 2/3 of the shift daily.
Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel over 2/3 of the shift daily.
Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.

Job Description:
General Responsibilities
Daily activities for farm associates include, but are not limited to:
Feeding and restocking for the following day.
Picking up and incinerating mortality
Humanely euthanizing birds that cannot access feed/water
Walking in the chicken house multiple times a day to gather floor/slat eggs on breeder farms
Gathering and sorting eggs, putting them in the cooler at the proper intervals on breeder farms
Performing routine maintenance
Maintaining a clean farm both inside and outside
Shower in/ shower out and follow all biosecurity procedures
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
Routine handling and interacting with live poultry
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
Standing for extended periods of time (6 hours)
Grip, grasp or twist using hands and wrists
