Recently, I have been most energized by projects in: health/wellness/fitness/nutrition/mindfulness, video/music/art/fashion, data science/analytics/ML/AI, logistics/supply chain/ops/quality/optimization, industrial automation/robotics/autonomous, and HRIS/people tech.I coach and teach early-stage "lean" approaches to finding product-market fit, but I am especially passionate and experienced in scaling and operationalizing fast-growing companies, across all functions. I especially love products/businesses/platforms that empower or liberate creators and creatives (e.g., artists, engineers, entrepreneurs) and workers, in general. I am also passionate about coaching, teaching, and developing future leaders.I serve as a strategic advisor or mentor/coach to executives and product leaders at startups and large companies. I serve as mentor to founders at First Round Capital and advisor/mentor to UC Berkeley Haas entrepreneurial teams using “lean” startup principles.
