    The Business Systems Analyst role will serve as a member of the IT team and work on enhancements and fixes to existing systems as assigned. The Business Systems Analyst will support escalated helpdesk ticket of TSAC Business Systems and Applications. Responsible for documenting and resolving assigned service tickets in a timely manner. Work directly with members of other business departments to provide day to day support to the company's business systems.
