Outdated - Technology, processes, outlooks, and people. Everyone is a manager no one is a leader Don't think they understand what the term benefit's means. Toxic culture at its core.
Leaving.
There is no leadership team, just managers, and even that they fail. CEO operates as if this company is a mom and pop shop involving himself in everything including minor details like giving someone a 5k raise. Everyone is afraid of him and he is supreme leader
Probably have HWL retire, and change mgmt and empower them to lead. Have actual compan events, hold townhalls, connect individuals and reduce turn-over by investing.
Don't interview here.
Salaries average, but total comp is crap. Bonus' are all deferred with crazy vesting schedule and scheme. Practically no benefits.
No diversity. 4/14 are women.Even fewer are non-white.

Only the events with food involved
Everything else from lack of advancement, leadership backstabbing, no more bonuses plus no raises at all, health scare (which some are in cases where medical treatment required) due to no work/life balance, and technology is extremely outdated
