Maintain food safety by following proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
Keep prep and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Assist with communication between BOH and FOH team members to ensure guest needs are met quickly.
Uphold menu knowledge to answer occasional questions about ingredients and allergens.
