Overall Duties Include:
Assist the Reconstruction Supervisor and Estimator on the scoping & completion of projects.
Manage small projects from start to finish

Ensure all work by Sub Contractors and Paul Davis employees is done following company safety procedures and professional standards through daily jobsite visits.
Manage vehicle readiness with common supplies and equipment both for own vehicle as well as the on-staff trades peoples' vehicles.
Communicate & collaboration with ERT Coordinator on labor needs
Complete punch list items & manually work alongside crews as the need arises.
Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys.
Train/Coach/Support Technicians
Develop and maintain an environment with field staff geared towards completing quality jobs on budget while having fun and showing appreciation for those involved.
Present self in a professional manor including, but not limited to, wearing logoed clothing in good repair.

What You Can Expect:
Execute Construction General Labor duties Learn our business and grow your career
Organize, carry and load heavy (up to 50lbs) job materials. Perform set-up and clean-up tasks on the job site.
Dig and back-fill trenches/holes.
Make repairs in crawl spaces (confined spaces), basements, and around home foundations.
Perform work duties while exposed to the outdoor elements: extreme heat, extreme cold, rainy weather, etc.
Valid driver's license preferred - required for promotion.

Supervises tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals by ANSI and company standards.
Operate an aerial lift and/or a bucket truck when necessary.
Possess the necessary rigging and lowering skills to perform tree pruning and removals safely. Perform supplemental support (cabling and bracing) techniques and methods in accordance with ANSI Standards.
Must be familiar with industry safety standards and procedures and is willing to enforce these standards as well as company safety policies.
Must be willing to accept and be responsible for daily production goals and safety procedures of the crew.
Coordinate with the Sales Arborist before performing work.
Qualifications:
3 years or more of experience leading and training a tree crew safely and productively
ISA Certification or CTSP is desired but not required
A clean/valid Driver's License required
Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred
Can identify and communicate to the property owner potential up-sell opportunities.
Presents a professional appearance and attitude

Job Summary: Our Utility Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily utility construction activities on site, including installation and repair of water, sewer, storm drain, and other underground utilities. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred).
* OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
