The Scaffold Foreman will lead a team of Scaffold Builders and ensure that all scaffold work meets safety standards and project specifications. This project will require to have someone with Peri Up scaffolding experience. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage scaffold building activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Plan and coordinate scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling according to project schedules. Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding to ensure safety and quality. Provide training and guidance to Scaffold Builders, fostering a culture of safety and quality workmanship. Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate inventory of scaffold materials and equipment on-site. Prepare and submit reports regarding project progress and any safety incidents. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffold building, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Must have experience in Peri Up scaffolding. Thorough knowledge of scaffold construction practices and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately. OSHA 30 certification required. NCCER Certification preferred. Physical ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits offered.
