    The Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is a hands-on position in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of all contracted work to be performed on an assigned jobsite. Areas of supervision include landscape installation, irrigation system installation, management of subcontractors and performing certain planning, administrative and regulatory functions. The site supervisor will read job plans and specifications and install jobs consistent with those specifications and Bland Landscaping Company criteria. Responsibilities: Included but Not Limited to the Following: Supervise and train installation crews on all aspects of installation services including promoting safety. Execute the contracted scope of installation projects. Read and execute job plans per specification for the contracted scope. Install plantings, lawns, irrigation, and hardscapes. Digging, tilling, planting, raking, watering, and clean-up of landscapes Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks. Bagged and Bulk Material handling Schedule and monitor daily work assignments. Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day. Perform and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings. Submit daily BOSS Mobile Timesheet Administrative Paperwork Truck and Trailer standardization and cleanliness Use of technology for communication Communicate daily with Production Manager on progress and planning. Daily start up and shut down procedures. Job Quality Hours management Safe driving of company-owned vehicles (with or without trailers) Ability to adjust irrigation controllers and basic knowledge of irrigation components. Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and subcontractors. Safe operation and maintenance of equipment Participate in snow removal in the winter months. General Description The foreman supervises field operations of a grading crew. They will also engage in the trade work performed by the crew. For this position we are looking for full crews, including operators and laborers. Key Duties - Knowledgeable in the areas of excavation and grading - Directly supervisors grading crew, reporting to Superintendent - Operates and supervises the operation of heavy equipment on project sites - Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications - Provides reports on time and materials - Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met - Use of heavy equipment and supervision of the use of heavy equipment - Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes.
