Job Description
DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced residential construction carpenter to join our Finishing team as a Crew Lead. Crew leads are accountable to lead a group of 2-3 carpenters, distribute work on the job site, mentor/train other carpenters, and communicate with the project superintendent to ensure that projects are done on time with the detail and quality of a DeLeers structure. DeLeers Carpenters will work on both large and unique residential projects and light commercial construction projects. If you are looking for challenging projects, DeLeers is the team for you! We are based out of DePere, WI however, many of our projects are in beautiful Door County.
The Crew Lead position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. In addition to the hourly base rate we also pay travel pay, and when the occasional overnight is required you get your own hotel room, $45 daily per diem, and additional $3 per hour differential pay.

Qualifications
3 or more years' experience in the landscape/construction industry
Knowledge and/or experience in horticulture, landscape design and/or construction, a plus
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Degree in horticulture or a related field of study, or equivalent, a plus
License:
Valid driver's license required for operating VHC vehicles
CDL license, or the ability to obtain one, a plus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting Sheet Metal Journeymen and Apprentices in daily job duties, both in shop and on jobsites.
Assembling and fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork.
Cleaning and daily maintenance of shop and jobsite.
Daily usage of power tools and hand tools
Installing exterior sheet metal on new construction builds
Assist with building maintenance
Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
Assist in shop fabrication process and in the field installations at job sites
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or HSED (required for apprenticeship)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and attendance

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the on-site supervision of the general construction activities being performed on wireless cell tower sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Direct and supervise the general construction activities being performed on wireless cell tower sites, including but not limited to the site layout, foundation, grounding, laying conduit and fiber, general landscaping, and electrical installations, as applicable · Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are adhered to · Review the documentation to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine required installation methods· Supervise the tracking of on-site inventory and materials, and refresh project supplies as needed· Effectively sweep and PIM test all coax lines and fiber per customer specifications· Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines · Identify areas of improvement for staff and make training recommendations to management as required · Maintain tool inventory and upkeep daily on job site· Ensure that the crew completes all required Company documentation· Other duties as assigned
