What You'll Do As a Commercial Roofer, you'll play a key role in building and protecting commercial properties. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, including: Installing, repairing, and replacing TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other single-ply roofing systems Applying adhesives, sealants, coatings, and vapor barriers to protect and insulate structures Cutting, fitting, and installing roofing materials such as shingles, flashing, and insulation Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems for quality and safety Leading and supporting crew members to ensure projects stay on track Meeting with general contractors and customers to ensure work meets expectations What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with hands-on roofing experience who's motivated, safety-focused, and ready to grow.
