As a Crew Lead of Rusty Taco, you will be responsible for assisting the management team in all restaurant activities. Crew Leads are well versed in all positions in the restaurant and have the potential to promote into management roles within Rusty Taco. Crew Leads must maintain professionalism, have strong communication skills, be enthusiastic, honest, trustworthy, dependable, a team player, and assist the General Manager where needed. Duties & Responsibilities: Supports the management team and takes on any task assigned by the General Manager. Assists in managing staffing levels throughout the shift; makes appropriate business decisions on labor. Ensures receipt of product/food from vendors; verifies correct invoice, product temperature, and quality assurance. Assists the management team in new hire and existing team member training.
