    Reporting to the Business Administrator, Customer Service Representatives directly interface with customers and work to ensure customer requests for products and services are satisfied. Customer Service Reps perform the following major job functions: Offer a consultative approach to meeting customer demands. Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheets Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction Excellent interpersonal communication skills Willingness to travel a must.
