Familiarize our guests with the Woodhouse Experience and provide a facility tour to introduce them to the locker room and amenities that will help them have a seamless experience. Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to our guests. Educate our guests on our signature product lines to continue their spa regimen at home. Provide service beyond expectations, ensuring each guest has an exceptional and consistent experience. And, ultimately, ensure return visits and guest retention. Exceed sales quotas by providing gift card and retail recommendations. Conduct neighborhood marketing and community outreach. Act as a brand ambassador, making sure our guests enter a clean, safe space with just the right lighting, music, and aromas that will create a memorable visit. Assist in other tasks associated with guest satisfaction. That means a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success.
