The Personal Care Specialist's (STNA) Essential Duties Are:
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. Our STNAs are titled "Personal Care Specialist" because they are valued for their expertise in taking care of the patient's personal needs with dignity, compassion and empathy. You could become a Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and works with a team that relies on your input from the close relationship you develop with the patient.
Personal Care Specialist (STNA) Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED;
Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions;
one year of experience preferred;
Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred, required within two years of employment;
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.
State minimum automobile insurance coverage.

Completes all initial, six months and significant change assessments in the home to assess for participants resources, safety, functionality and living environment.
Assist with developing a plan of care based on the in center or home care need and which incorporates the plans of other disciplines and continuing care needs; includes the participant/family in developing or revising the plan of care; makes referrals to multidisciplinary support services.
Participate in, and complete on-going training as directed.
Monthly supervisory visits with PCAs.
Participate in on-going Quality Initiative training as directed.

The Personal Care Specialist's (STNA) Essential Duties Are:
We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. Our STNAs are titled "Personal Care Specialist" because they are valued for their expertise in taking care of the patient's personal needs with dignity, compassion and empathy. You could become a Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and works with a team that relies on your input from the close relationship you develop with the patient.
Personal Care Specialist (STNA) Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED;
Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions;
one year of experience preferred;
Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred, required within two years of employment;
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.

Leads front desk staff and professional licensed providers as needed. Ensures proper protocols are being followed, answers all questions, communicates with all employees and recognizes all staff for outstanding performance.
Handles all guests with professionalism. Ensures that we always give Above and Beyond Service and communicates opportunities to improve guest experiences.
Greet our guests and answer phones with a smile, collect payments, give service recommendations, provide superior personal attention, and, overall, be a pleasant, welcoming presence.
Familiarize our guests with the Woodhouse Experience and provide a facility tour to introduce them to the locker room and amenities that will help them have a seamless experience.
Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to our guests.
Educate our guests on our signature product lines to continue their spa regimen at home.
Provide service beyond expectations, ensuring each guest has an exceptional and consistent experience. And, ultimately, ensure return visits and guest retention.
Exceed sales quotas by providing gift card and retail recommendations.
Conduct neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
Act as a brand ambassador, making sure our guests enter a clean, safe space with just the right lighting, music, and aromas that will create a memorable visit.
Assist in other tasks associated with guest satisfaction. That means a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success.
