In this position you will play a key role in identifying and negotiating the purchases of new communities for Richmond American Homes. Responsible for all aspects of site development including, but not limited to, land planning, budgeting contracting, scheduling, construction management and awarding of land planning consultant contracts. This responsibility includes ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in addition to any municipality regulations. This position is requested to provide field supervision for multiple development projects that we have under way.
