What You'll Do:
Coach, mentor, and train dental support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance or behavior issues.

Manage AIDET patient communication surveys, compile results, and implement improvements.
Handle all Release of Information requests and coordinate with Risk Management.
Prepare reports for leadership and ensure compliance with YVFWC policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED + 5 years of experience in a dental office (front or back) and/or front medical office OR
Bachelor's Degree + 1 year of experience in a dental office (front or back) and/or front medical office OR
Associate's Degree + 3 years of experience in a dental office (front or back) and/or front medical office
One year of supervisory experience is preferred
EFDA certification preferred within 90 days of hire
Dental Assisting National Board of Radiology Proficiency preferred
CPR Certification is required within 30 days of hire
