Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and working with a wide range of voltages (low voltage, single-phase, three-phase), servo motors, VFDs, and PLCs. Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems (valves, pressure sensors, cylinders, filters/dryers) and hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders), including the ability to read schematics.
Proficiency in mechanical systems, including chain drive systems, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and diesel/gas engines.
Experience with welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
Basic understanding of CNC operations and computer networking (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus).

The Co-Manager manages the day-to-day operation of the store as a Manager On-Duty in conjunction with the management team members to maximize sales and customer service and oversees the execution of the Merchandising plan to maintain compliance and store standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in adherence with all Company policy and guidelines
* Operates the store as the Manager On Duty in conjunction with the management team.
* Maintains the physical security of the store they are assigned, and in doing so is a key-holding member of management.
* Ensures highest level of customer service and handles customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Maintains category merchandising and cleanliness and ensures operational efficiency.
* Trains and develops Associates and Leads.
* Facilitates effective communication to all store Associates through daily briefings and weekly and monthly meetings.
* Drops off bank deposit and pick up change order as needed
* Picks up café grocery supplies (milk, baked goods, etc.) as needed
* Consults with the General Manager on associate performance

Scheduling Requirements
* All managers follow the 3 or 4 Manager Rotation schedule, depending on the number of managers in the store.
* All managers must have open availability and be able to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or other shifts as needed, OR have availability approved by District Manager if open availability is not possible.
* All managers are Full Time and may work up to 45 hours per week.
