Essential Functions
* Coordinates the daily tasks performed by University multi-trades persons and contractors ensuring that all involved meet University standards and contract requirements. * Assists with ensuring that timely and accurate data is maintained in the work management system to provide proper reporting for clients and senior leadership within Facilities and the University. * Ensures the quality and timely responsiveness of assigned maintenance activities, including after hours response to emergency calls. May work outside of normal operating hours and days to assist in managing special projects or maintenance emergencies.
* Maintains awareness of records and documentation of work activities, supplies, and equipment. Communicates with the Supervisor, Preventive Maintenance to keep them aware of activities within the department. Assists in the development of procedures and operating instructions for safe, accurate, and quality work performance and updates on project status.
* Provides some coordination among Maintenance department's zones and shops, other Facilities Management departments, outside contractors, and Auburn University customers and visitors ensuring that maintenance activities are coordinated and communicated. Communicates with stakeholders to keep aware of activities, maximize efficiencies, answers questions, and resolves issues.

Recon: As the Recon Team Lead, you will perform various duties within the recon department. These include covering for absent Recon Personnel, assisting the Operations Manager with training all recon personnel, organizing daily route paperwork and office tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and accountability of recon procedures and daily tasks.
Operational Procedures and Protocol: Collaborates with the Operations Manager to ensure operational policies, programs, and processes for the location are consistently administered in compliance with organizational objectives and local laws. This includes, but is not limited to, processes, methods, equipment, and materials.
Arrives on time for the first departing routes
Removes and collects all locks from departing routes.
Conducts a general inspection of the vehicle for any unreported damage.

Position Description
As an Applebee's Assistant Manager, you will be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You are responsible for getting guests and staff passionate about their experience every day at Applebee's. You will need to be team leader, excellent problem solver, handle stress and rise above. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit.

+ Monitors acceptable employee performance and documents situations that require or could lead to disciplinary or corrective action.
+ Assures compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
+ Responsible for controlling cost in assigned department.
+ Compliance with local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
+ Drives bi-weekly / weekly food and liquor inventories at the AD/GM's request and is accountable for completion.
+ Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate daily paperwork.
+ Assures sanitation standards meet or exceed Health Department and Flynn Applebee's standards.
+ Provides a role model for managers and employees.
+ Develops self on all store related technology.
+ Must be willing and able to work in all positions and assist in a team member position as needed when in a restaurant. This includes cooking on the line, expo, seating guests, bartending, etc.
+ Uses the Management Development Program for continuous growth of leadership skills and proficiencies.
Education and Experience
+ At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
+ Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus
Physical Standards:
Must have the ability to:
+ Work various shifts ranging in hours, including weekends.
+ Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length.
+ Safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight.
+ Read and write to facilitate communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.

What You'll Do
As an Hourly Assistant Manager, you'll support the daily operations of Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co., helping to lead your team and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
Support the management team in running day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
Lead by example to maintain Lucy's high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Help manage labor, prep, orders, inventory, opening and closing duties, and shift documentation as needed.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Operations.
Step into any station as needed to keep the operation running at a high level.
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant operations
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic understanding of scheduling, food safety, and daily restaurant operations
